Although the engine manufacturer will often supply the hydraulic pump, VETUS can also offer a fixed volume hydraulic pump, which is belt driven off the main engine. This pump can be used in conjunction with our hydraulic power steering. This VETUS pump has a built in bearing block. Its dimensions are small and are comparable with those of the alternator. The pump has a power take-off of approximately 1 kW (1.5 hp).
