How To
Neck Wrap
- For hot therapy, warm in the microwave for 1 minute. Heat for additional 10 seconds as needed until the desired temperature is reached. Apply to sore areas for 20 minutes, then remove and wait at least 20 minutes.
- For cold therapy, place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Cinnamon Arnica Oil
Take 1-2 pumps, rigorously rub hands together, and massage tight muscles. For a heating/cooling sensation, vigorously rub the skin with oil. It will activate the Cinnamon and Peppermint essential oils. You can also add to a hot bath for relaxation and aromatherapy.
